How is this different from the chat widget I already have on my site?

What we build is an AI agent that holds a real back-and-forth conversation — it understands what visitors say, responds in context, and adapts. It can handle objections, answer nuanced questions, and guide someone toward booking without a script.
What does the chatbot get trained on?
Your business. We do an onboarding session to capture your services, service area, pricing, process, FAQs, and tone. The chatbot is built on that foundation — so it answers questions the way you would, not with generic responses pulled from nowhere.
What happens when someone asks something the chatbot doesn’t know?
We build in fallback logic. If a question falls outside what the AI is trained on, it acknowledges it and captures the visitor’s contact info so you can follow up directly. Nobody hits a dead end.
Can it actually book appointments, or just collect contact info?
It can book appointments directly if you want. We integrate it with your calendar — Calendly, Google Calendar, or most booking systems — so visitors can schedule a call or site visit in the same conversation, without any back-and-forth.
Will it work on my existing website?
Yes. The chatbot is a lightweight embed that works on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, custom-built sites, and most other platforms. No rebuild required.
How long does it take to build?
Most chatbots are live within 1–2 weeks from the onboarding session. More complex builds with multiple conversation paths or deep integrations take a bit longer — we’ll scope that before we start.
