Privacy policy
What I collect, what I do with it, and what I never do with it.
Last updated 16 October 2026
The short version
- I collect what you type into this site and what my checks read from public sources about your business.
- I use it to answer you, run what you asked for, deliver what you bought, and send email related to it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- I do not sell, rent or trade your information. Ever.
- I do not share one client’s information with another client, and I never use what I learn from your private accounts to help a competitor.
- You can ask for a copy of what I hold, or for it to be deleted, at any time.
Who I am
Good Fellas Agency is me, Andrew Buccellato. When this policy says “I”, it means Good Fellas Technology, LLC, doing business as Good Fellas Agency, Roswell, Georgia. Email info@goodfellastech.com or call (404) 436-1289.
What I collect
What you give me
Your name, email, phone number, business name, website, town and trade, plus your answers inside a check, quiz, calculator or plan builder, and anything you write in a message.
What a check reads about your business
The free checks and paid reports read public information about the business you name: your website’s pages and code, Google’s speed test of your site, your Google Business Profile and map listings, search results and AI answers for questions about your trade and town, and the sites that link to you. This is information anyone can see. A check does not get into your private accounts.
Access you choose to give
If you give me access to Google Search Console, Google Analytics, your Business Profile, an ad account or an email platform, I use it only to do the work you asked for. Remove my access when the work ends, or ask and I will remove myself.
Payments and bookings
Checkout runs on Pinball, and Stripe processes the card. I see your name, email, what you bought and what you paid. I never see or store your full card number. Calls are booked through Calendly, which shares your name, email, the time and your answers with me.
How you use the site
Only if you accept cookies: Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity record which pages you visit, where you click and scroll, and what device you use. Clarity can replay a visit with what you type into forms hidden. Until you choose, they do not load. Change your mind any time with the Cookie choices link at the bottom of every page.
To stop spam and abuse, the site also checks your IP address and limits how many checks or forms can be sent from one connection in an hour.
How I use it
- To answer your enquiry, run the check you started, build the plan you asked for, and deliver the report you paid for.
- To email you: first the result or confirmation, then a short series related to what you asked about, then occasional useful email. Unsubscribe from any of them with one click.
- To call or text you about what you asked, if you gave a phone number. No marketing texts unless you separately agree to them.
- To see which pages help people and which do not, and fix them.
- To keep the site and the checks safe from spam and abuse.
What I never do
- Sell, rent, trade or give away your information or your list membership.
- Share one client’s information, results or account data with another client.
- Use your private account data in work for anyone else, including a competitor in your town.
- Publish your name, results or numbers as a case study without your written permission.
AI in the checks and reports
Some checks and reports send your business details to an AI model (Anthropic’s Claude) to write questions, read search answers and draft recommendations. Your contact details are not part of what is sent. Anthropic processes it under business terms that do not allow it to train its models on that data.
Who handles it for me
These services process information on my behalf, only to run this site and the work. They do not get to use it for their own marketing.
- Flywheel: hosts the website and its database.
- Kit: sends email and holds the mailing list.
- Calendly: books calls.
- Pinball and Stripe: take payment for paid reports.
- Make: moves an order from checkout to the report system.
- Anthropic: the AI model behind some checks and reports.
- Google: speed tests, map and place data, Analytics and Tag Manager.
- Microsoft Clarity: visit recordings, with consent.
- DataForSEO: search and ranking data. It receives your website and search terms, not your contact details.
I will also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the site or someone’s safety. If Good Fellas Agency is ever sold, your information goes with it under these same promises, and you will be told.
If you connect a Google account
If a tool asks you to connect Search Console, Analytics or another Google account, I use read-only access and only to show you your own data and recommendations. Data from Google accounts is not transferred to anyone except as needed to provide that feature, not used for advertising, not used to train AI models, and not read by a person unless you ask me to or the law requires it. This follows Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How long I keep it
- Report and check links: they expire after 90 days. Download anything you want to keep.
- Enquiries and check summaries: while we are in touch, and deleted two years after we last spoke.
- Orders and invoices: seven years, because tax law requires it.
- Mailing list: until you unsubscribe.
- Access to your accounts: until the work ends.
Your choices
Email me to get a copy of what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. I answer within 30 days. Some states, California among them, give these rights in law. I give them to everyone. Unsubscribe links work instantly, and cookie choices can be changed any time.
Security
The site runs on HTTPS, enquiries are private records only I can open, and form entries are stored encrypted. No system is perfect. If a breach affects your information, I will tell you as the law requires.
Children
This site is for business owners. It is not meant for anyone under 16, and I do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes. If a change matters to how your information is used, current clients get an email first.
