The Problem

Nu Rock Properties came to us with an outdated digital presence that did not reflect their growing portfolio or provide a user-friendly way for visitors to find and explore their properties. The old design lacked responsiveness, making it cumbersome for users to view properties across multiple devices. Additionally, the corporate site didn’t have a centralized system for displaying all property listings, and individual property sites lacked the necessary tools for comparison and efficient navigation.

After thorough discussions, we decided that their online presence needed a complete revamp. The solution would focus on enhancing usability and accessibility across both corporate and individual property sites, integrating advanced features like real-time property data, responsive design, and improved application processes. This would not only attract prospective tenants but also improve their overall interaction with the brand online.

The Solution

I developed a cohesive web design across their corporate and 25 individual property sites to address Nu Rock’s needs. The corporate site was modernized with a sleek, visually appealing design and a custom filter feature, allowing users to sort through available properties efficiently. I integrated API calls to provide real-time data, ensuring that users always had the most up-to-date information on property availability. To further streamline the process, I created a direct link for each property that enabled prospective tenants to apply for leases directly from the site, improving lead conversion rates.

I designed a matching modern look for the individual property sites, complete with a dynamic comparison table to help users easily evaluate unit sizes and features. An API-fed floorplan system was implemented to allow potential tenants to visualize spaces in real time, while integrating Google Maps via API offered precise location details. I added custom modals for scheduling appointments and contact buttons optimized for mobile use to enhance user engagement, allowing tenants to easily call or email leasing offices directly.

Across all 26 sites, I implemented a smart responsive design, ensuring a seamless user experience on any device. The stable UI design created consistent interaction points across all properties, improving the overall user experience. These enhancements contributed to a more efficient, user-friendly property search and application process, significantly boosting Nu Rock’s online presence.
