The East Lake Neighbors Community Association approached us with the need for a robust online presence to facilitate its operations. Its existing website was simplistic and lacked the functionality necessary to manage community activities and communications effectively. Therefore, they sought a solution to enhance its online engagement and streamline its operations.
We custom-designed a comprehensive WordPress theme tailored to the East Lake Neighbors Community Association. This new site included custom post types, WooCommerce integration for e-commerce sales, and various custom membership levels, allowing members to engage with the association easily.
Key features of the site included an events calendar that enabled the community to view upcoming activities and ticket registration for events, providing a seamless experience for attendees. Implementing these features paid off significantly: one event generated over $4,000 in online sales, showcasing the effectiveness of our design and strategy.
Additionally, the site averaged 250 clicks per day from search traffic, helping it rank as a top page on Google. As the association continues to expand its platform, we are committed to providing ongoing updates and hosting services to meet their evolving needs. Our collaboration has empowered the East Lake Neighbors Community Association to thrive digitally while fostering community engagement.
